I am definitely a dog enthusiast!! I am owned by the best of the Giants...Great Danes and Irish Wolfhounds and share my home with several four legged members who live their life as "pets", not kennel dogs.  Kajon Danes and Wolfhounds is located in Livonia, Michigan which is a western suburb in the Detroit metro area. Dogs out of my breeding program  include multiple Group winning,  Best of Breed champions, as well as several obedience titled and therapy Great Danes. The Kajon Title Holders Page contains a complete list of all champion, pointed and titled dogs. My Great Danes and Irish Wolfhounds also serve as blood donors for a local emergency veterinary clinic and have helped save the lives of many dogs in critical need.


Temperament is of foremost concern, and I strive to produce sweet- natured, outgoing, people-oriented puppies that are gentle with children, tolerant with outsiders and eager to please their owners.  Puppies are raised on a program of sound nutrition, with regular vaccinations and wormings in accordance with the most up-to-date veterinary recommendations. Dew claws are removed from all puppies and ear cropping is provided on Great Dane puppies. Puppies are microchipped before leaving for their new homes using the Avid Microchip System.


I live an active, sports oriented lifestyle which is shared with the four legged crew. I have followed the Body For Life fitness and nutrition program for several years and enjoy resistance training and cardio activities in my leisure time.  Mature dogs (over two years old) make great running partners and can easily put in 10-12 miles of running each week. The dogs love it and stay in top physical condition too!

In addition to being an exhibitor/breeder, I also have a "Dog Art"  business -  Kajon's Dog Gone Designs, Inc.  Products are carried in retail stores and boutiques,  including twenty two Bloomingdale's stores located throughout the country. You can also find my work at The Woofery (CA), Karen's for People and Pets (NY) and several other specialty and gift shops on the East and West coasts of the U.S.
